I didn't see one, so I decided to make one.

For those of you who haven't seen/read the series, Maria Holic is set in an all-girls' school, just like Strawberry Panic and Maria-sama ga Miteru. When Kanako Miyamae transfers into the girls-only school Ame no Kisaki, she expects to find her perfect lesbian soulmate within its walls - and, like in most romance novels, one of the first things she does is fall head-over-heels for Mariya Shidou, the most popular girl in the school.

The twist? Mariya is really a sadistic, cross-dressing boy, and Kanako is one of the few people that knows. Life at Ame no Kisaki is going to be a lot harder than she ever imagined!
